We accept cash and credit cards at registration. Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

HOW CAN I BOOK MY HOTEL?
Our ONLY official housing partner Connections Housing has negotiated rates exclusively for HAuNTcon attendees. Hotel reservation information will be available soon.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE EVENT AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
Parking is available at the convention center for a daily fee.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Shuttle service will be available between HAuNTcon and select hotels.
WHAT IS THE BEST AIRPORT TO FLY INTO?
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
HOW CAN I RECEIVE A DIRECTORY?
All attendees will be able to pick up a show directory and map at registration.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS TO ATTEND?
HAuNTcon is a trade event and is open to all levels of haunters, whether you are a home haunter or a pro haunter. The Show promotes the business of haunting, therefore it is NOT open to the general public. All attendees must be 18 years or older.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the Show Floor. This includes infants and children in strollers.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are final. No refunds or credits shall be issued for "no shows", cancellations, substitutions, or for any other reason, including without limitation, interruption, postponement, cancellation or relocation of the show due to any cause determined by show management to be beyond management's control.
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND?
Ticket types vary in cost. Ticket information will be available soon.
IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT POLICY?
Yes, there is a group discount policy. Groups of 8 or more receive 15% off each ticket!
DO YOU PRE-MAIL BADGES?
Badges will not be mailed. All attendees who pre-register will be required to pick up their badges at the Show.
DO YOU HAVE TO WEAR A COSTUME TO THE BALL AND IS THERE A CONTEST?
The answer is "no" to both. A majority of the people attending the costume ball will be in costumes, but costumes are not required to attend. There is no costume contest.
